General
These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from Zook Clothing. By ordering goods from Zook Clothing you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. Zook Clothing VAT number:987 3670 61

Unless stated otherwise, all calls to Zook Clothing cost the regular price on provider’s tariff.
We may contact you for marketing purposes by email, mail or telephone with relevant offers from Zook Clothing.
Orders
A contract is formed between Zook Clothing and you when we dispatch the goods you have ordered. Until the goods are dispatched the order may be cancelled. Exceptions apply to personalized items and goods made to your order, orders for which cannot be cancelled once you have received email confirmation that your order has been accepted. Delivery Charges
Our delivery charge to mainland UK is just £3.95. The following charges apply for delivery of selected large Bulk items outside mainland UK: Northern Ireland £15, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles £30 and Scottish Islands £55. For delivery outside the UK, other than to BFPO addresses, please see the terms and conditions specific to the country in which you are resident.
Please allow up to 3-5 working days for goods to be delivered.(mainland UK)
Returns
You may return any item free of charge within 7 days of receipt, in a new and unused condition. If you return items after this time we may refund only the current or last selling price of the item. Returned items which are not in new or unused condition or which are returned after the approval period may not be credited, unless they are faulty. If you return the whole order we will not refund the delivery charge of £3.95 as this part of our service to you has been completed.
Returns for customers who have paid by credit/debit card
Returns are charged at £2.50 (If you return the whole order, we will retain the delivery charge of £3.95).
Payments
By credit & debit cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
We are unable to accept Cards that are due to expire within the next 5 days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are dispatched once authorization has been obtained.
Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. If forthis, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within ten days and is in new condition. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling.

All orders for products are subject to availability.
